Therapy Session Rates
We provide free 15 minute phone consultations so that we can learn more about you and how we can help. We also want you to be able to ask questions and make an informed decision about treatment before investing any money or time into the process.
Initial Evaluation Session
We will schedule a 60 minute session following the initial phone consultation, in order to gather important personal history, detailed information regarding your current challenges, and create a collaborative individualized treatment plan. Clients are able to review and complete all policy paper work and assessment questionnaires online prior to the session.

Individual Sessions
We offer individually tailored treatment plans to meet the needs of each client and family. Most individuals will attend 50-60 minute sessions, one-time per week, either in-person at the office or virtual telehealth.

Quick Results Program
For those clients and families seeking relief quickly and efficiently. We offer intensive short-term anxiety treatment programs, personalized based on the individuals needs and goals. Also includes unlimited phone coaching outside of session.
