Do we take insurance?

We do not accept insurance and are considered out-of-network providers. We provide monthly super bills for clients to submit to insurance on their behalf, if clients have out-of-network coverage on their plan. We recommend that clients contact their insurance to verify coverage.

Do we offer sliding scales?

We do have limited sliding scale options available per request.

How long does treatment last?

Most people will participate in treatment 1x week for approximately 4-12 months.

What are our office hours?

Monday – Friday, 10am-7pm
